How does the mobile detailing process work?

If you have access to a spigot and an outlet, I can come to you. If not, bring the car to me. I’m centrally located in the Hillcrest area, so it shouldn’t be a problem to get to me; if it is, let me know anyway, we can work something out.

How often should I get my vehicle detailed?

Accepted Answer

Getting your vehicle detailed really depends on how dirty you make it. If you’re a 9-5 office worker, once a month (detailed inside and out) is enough; as long as you vacuum and do a basic wash every other week. However, if you work in construction, plumbing or any other profession where you get dirty, you might want to consider more frequent cleanings, not necessarily full details however.

Does your steam cleaning service remove stains and odors from the vehicle upholstery and carpet?

Simply steam cleaning will get a majority of the stains out of either your upholstery or carpets. Extraction paired with steam cleaning will get much more.

Do you offer a ceramic coating finish?

Accepted Answer

As I do not have a shop, I do not feel comfortable offering this service, as contaminants (leaves, dust, dirt, etc.) can be easily blown on to the vehicle while performing this service.

What are your business hours?

We are currently open 7 days a week from 8:00am to 5:30pm. However, if you have specific time not within the business hours, give us a call and we'll see what we can do. Remember, though, this is a mobile outdoor service, so we need light to do the work.

You can request an appointment on the website, and I will get back to you asap if it works, if not, we can set something up. Also, you can text the number on the website for quicker replies.

How do I pay and the forms of payment accepted?

I can take cash, Venmo, and Cashap at the moment, and will accept credit cards in the near future.
